Background: 호주 고객들은 비용을 낮추고 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 금융 조언을 원합니다. 고객에 대한 서비스가 늘어날수록 전문가를 고용해야 하는 비용 증가와 Compliance 범위안에서 Robo-Advisory 가 수행하지 못하는 범위까지 신속하게 솔루션을 제공하는 디지털 조언 (Digital Advice) 이 영국, 미국 및 호주에서 크게 주목 받고 있습니다.  호주에서는 디지털 조언이ASIC (호주금감원) 의 지원을 받고 있으며 실제로 호주 Ignition Advice사에서 영국 및 호주 금융기관과 협업하고 있습니다.
